Ferry Pilots

Worldwide | As and when required

CPL/IR | 2500h TT | Minimum 5 crossings

The Role:

This is no ordinary flying job. Ferry flying demands skill, stamina, and serious dedication. You’ll be flying a wide range of aircraft to some of the most remote and unique places on earth. It’s a career built on adventure, quick turnarounds, challenging conditions, and immense reward.

Requirements:

  • CPL/IR (Licensing: FAA, EASA, or UK-CAA depending on mission)
  • 2,500 hours total time
  • Minimum 5 North Atlantic crossings
  • Minimum 10 intercontinental ferry flights (20+ hours each)

You must be confident in:

  • Global weather and wind patterns
  • Icing and extreme temperatures
  • Survival techniques
  • Aircraft handling and management (aerodynamics, systems, engine ops)
  • Extensive hand flying

Not every pilot is cut out to be a ferry pilot — but for the right person, it’s the experience of a lifetime.

Contract Pilots

Worldwide | As and when required

CPL/IR | 1500h TT | Charter Flight Experience

The Role:

Most assignments involve short-haul private or charter flights, often transporting clients in their own aircraft. You’ll be responsible for the full customer experience — from greeting them to adapting your approach depending on their expectations.

Requirements:

  • CPL/IR
  • 1,500 hours total time
  • Charter or private flying experience preferred

We’re looking for pilots who:

  • Have exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Are professional, adaptable, and discreet
  • Understand that client satisfaction is as important as operational safety

This role suits confident communicators who are comfortable stepping out of the cockpit when needed.

Ground Operations Officer

Worldwide | As and when required

Experience in non-scheduled flights is essential

The Role:

You will provide essential ground support to both our pilots and external operators using our flight support services. Your job will be fast-paced, varied, and vital to safe and efficient mission execution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in non-scheduled/charter flight operations
  • Ability to work any time (day/night shifts may be required)
  • Strong coordination and multitasking skills

Key responsibilities:

  • Flight planning & route validation
  • Weather analysis
  • Coordination of departures, arrivals, en-route changes, and diversions
  • Handling FBOs, customs, refueling, hotels, ground transportation
  • Repositioning & flight following

Familiarity with tools like ForeFlight or other aviation software is a plus.
